Presentation of the MIRAI EuskoTren 2026/2027 season at IDK: NEW NAME, SAME HEART.

The team, which until now has competed under the name IDK EuskoTren, enters the 2026/2027 season with a new name: MIRAI EuskoTren. This change of identity does not alter the values, commitment or continued support for women’s sport that have been at the heart of the project throughout all these years.

On September 22, IDK’s facilities hosted the official presentation of the new MIRAI Euskotren team for the upcoming season, an event that brought together institutional representatives, sponsors, the coaching staff, players, and company members.

The event highlighted the team’s journey and the commitment that institutions and supporting companies have maintained over the years to women’s sport, helping to promote its growth, visibility and professional development.

The event also provided an opportunity to meet the players who are approaching the new season with enthusiasm and ambition. The team shared a clear message of confidence as they take on this new challenge: “We’re ready for the season.”
