On 28 November 2024, we hosted the different collaborators of the project “F.P. Inmersiva. Nuevos entornos virtuales de aprendizaje y entrenamiento en la Formación Inicial y en la Formación para el Empleo” (New virtual learning and training environments in initial Training and Training for Employment) at our facilities.
This visit was a chance for the participants in the project from the various centres (IES Juan de la Cierva in Madrid, IES María Moliner in Segovia, CIFP Armeria Eskola in Eibar, CIFP Don Bosco in Errenteria), to find out more up close about the internal operation of IDK and acquaint themselves with the processes and technologies that we implement in our everyday work.
The FP Inmersiva project is an educational initiative based on virtual reality and its great potential to revolutionise the educational setting as it allows students to delve into environments that simulate situations and scenarios in the real world. This immersion helps students to learn by doing, which improves their understanding and retention of the knowledge acquired.
At IDK, we would like to express our gratitude for the visit and our commitment to supporting the training and development of new talent in the field of technology.
